Our Coffee Vans can cater to events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large-scale events. We can make as many coffees as needed to accommodate your guests, with capacity to make hundreds every hour.
Yes, we offer a variety of alternative milks, including oat, coconut and almond milks.
If you are looking for treats along with your coffees, we can also arrange vegan and gluten free options.

It usually takes an hour to set up our coffee vans and prepare for serving.
We can cater for any size event but there is generally a minimum call-out fee of €350-400+VAT. Prices depend on date, location, numbers and power requirements. Please get in touch with your details to get a quote for your next event.

Our baristas are incredibly efficient! Depending on which setup we use, we can offer up to 200 coffees per hour per van for corporate events. If you are looking for a higher quantity, we work with 10 different coffee vendors so we can arrange multiple vehices on-site for the same event.
Yes! We work with 10 different coffee providers, offering anything up to 15 different units! We have coffee vans, wagons, trailers and trikes available for hire! No matter what type of event you have, we can accommodate you.
No! Our coffee vans also offer full tea and hot chocolate menus on request.

Yes. All of our vehicles are HSE approved and certificates are available upon request. All of our coffee providers take environmental health very seriously and their staff are fully HACCP trained.
Yes. All of our coffee units have full Public Liabilty Insurance. Any coffee vans also have full insurance. Certificates are available upon request.

Bell Lane is an award winning specialty roastery based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. We love working with Stephen, Goran, Nico and the team because they are so passionate about coffee. Their passion is contageous and they have been hugely supportive of us on our journey since we opened our coffee container.
We stock a range of Bell Lane coffee in our shop. We currently brew Klem single origin and regularly offer a guest roast on the bar also. Below are details of Klem. The coffee offered changes from season to season
